14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Under applicable Portuguese Law (DL n.º 24/2014, of February 14, amended by DL n.º 78/2018, of October 15). You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return the purchased goods.
If you change your mind, you have the right to return the goods you have purchased, as long as they do not show signs of being worn or damaged. We will only accept products that are in their original packaging and with the protective labels, stickers intact and in the same state and condition as the item was received. Exchanges or returns of items custom-made by the customer or customized to your specifications will not be accepted. If you do not comply with these instructions, the products may be sent back to you.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to return an item, you should fill in the Free Resolution Form available on the website.
You also have the possibility to send us a resolution statement to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by website. In this case, we will send you an e-mail with proof of receipt of the request for Resolution.
Once the form is submitted, we will analyse it and you will receive a confirmation email with the procedures. Within Europe return shipping costs are paid by OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA.. If the customer lives outside Europe or in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, you will have to support the shipping costs.
If the returned product is somehow faulty, damaged, or different from the model ordered by the User/Customer, all return expenses will be covered by OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA. It should be noted that if the User/Client does not comply or agree with these Terms and Conditions, including the returns and exchanges policies listed above, OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA. will not reimburse them.
Return shipping costs within Europe are paid by OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA.. If the customer lives outside Europe or in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, you will have to support the shipping costs, which are estimated at approximately 200€.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
The products returned will be analyzed and verified by OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA., namely in terms of their condition. Therefore, OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA. do not accept exchanges or returns of products that show signs of use or misuse. In these cases, the amount paid will not be refunded to the User/Consumer.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide us proof that the goods have been shipped, whichever comes first.
You can generally expect a refund within 30 days of the date we received the returned good. We beg for your understanding, as it is necessary to receive the product, analyse it and begin the return and refund process. Refunds will be credited by the same means of payment used, namely:
- Visa / Mastercard: Amount to be refunded automatically credited to the Credit Card.
- Payment by ATM reference or MBWAY: The refund will be made by credit to the account to be indicated by the customer in contact with customer service.
We reserve the right to only accept returns or refund customers who have placed orders directly on the website.
Any other request regarding products bought through resellers will be declined. If you fail to comply with these terms, you will not get a refund.
Because monitors display colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate and match the colour of the articles listed on the online shop.
