Under applicable Portuguese Law (DL n.º 24/2014, of February 14, amended by DL n.º 78/2018, of October 15), you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return purchased goods.
If you change your mind, you can return items that have not been worn or damaged. We will only accept returns if:
- The product is in its original packaging
- Protective labels and stickers are intact
- The item is in the same condition as received
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned. Non-compliant returns may be sent back to the customer.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, complete the Free Resolution Form available on our website.
Alternatively, you may email a return request to info@cauny.com or contact us through the site. You will receive a confirmation email with proof of receipt and next steps.
Once reviewed, we will confirm the return process by email. Return shipping within Europe is paid by OURTIME - RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA.
Outside Europe, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, all return costs will be covered by OURTIME. If return policies are not followed, refunds will not be issued.
Estimated return shipping costs outside Europe can be up to €200.
When Do I Get My Refund?
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be refunded.
Refunds may be withheld until:
- The goods are received by us
- Or proof of shipping is provided
You can generally expect a refund within 30 days of us receiving your return.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:
- Visa / Mastercard: Automatic credit to the original card
- ATM reference / MB WAY: Credited to a bank account provided by the customer
Constraints
- We only accept returns for orders placed directly on the CAUNY website.
- Items purchased through resellers are not eligible for return or refund.
- Monitor color settings may affect how product colors appear; we do not guarantee color accuracy.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
