Shipping

We offer free shipping to Portugal and free shipping to many European countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times for other destinations within Europe may vary and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Under applicable Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, as amended), customers are entitled to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, at CAUNY we go further.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange period, starting from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Have all protective labels and stickers intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.

How to Return an Item

To request a return or exchange, please email info@cauny.com or contact us through the website.
All requests must include your full name and order number.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

  • Within Europe: return shipping is arranged and paid by CAUNY

  • Outside Europe: return shipping logistics and costs are the responsibility of the customer

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, CAUNY will cover all return-related costs, regardless of destination.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds may be processed once:

  • The returned goods are received by us, or

  • Proof of return shipment is provided

  • Purchases made through resellers are not eligible for return or refund

  • Product colors may vary depending on screen settings
