Delivery
OURTIME ships globally using local and international postal services.

- Returns are free within Europe. Outside Europe, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Cancelled or returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

- Products must be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition.
- Returns within Europe are free. Outside Europe, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- If an item is defective or incorrect, OURTIME covers the return costs.

Claims
- Inspect products upon delivery and report issues within 14 days via the CONTACT US form.
- Items with manufacturing defects may be replaced or refunded. Items without defects will be returned to the customer.
- All returned items must be securely packaged.
Warranty
Warranty period:3 years from the date of purchase.
Covered: manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and glass.
Not covered:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood)
- Wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration)
- Missing or altered warranty information
- Battery replacement
If original parts are unavailable, replacements will be used. This warranty is in addition to legal rights.
Assurance and Responsibility
OURTIME is not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors such as law changes, strikes, weather, or supplier issues.
We are not responsible for indirect losses like compatibility issues, delivery delays, or economic damages.
