RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Under current Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, amended to Decree-Law No. 78/2018 on October 15), the customer has 14 days from delivery to return the purchased goods. However, OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA has decided to extend this period to 30 days from receipt.
Returned products will be analyzed and verified by OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA, which reserves the right not to accept exchanges and returns of products that show signs of any type of use. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded to the customer and the item will be returned to them. We only accept products that come in their original packaging with protective labels. Exchanges or returns of items made to the customer's specifications or personalized for them will not be accepted, and such products will be returned to the customer. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the item is packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Returns are the responsibility of OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA, which will not charge for them. However, in those countries not covered by our free delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the returned product is defective, damaged, or different from the model ordered by the customer, all return costs will be the responsibility of OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA.
It should be noted that if the customer does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, including the above return and exchange policies, OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA. will not refund them.
OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA. reserves the right to replace defective items with items of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the event that a returned item is not defective, OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA. will resend it to the customer.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return a product, you must contact us at info@cauny.com. Please include the order number and explain why you wish to return it. Once we receive your contact, we will respond with the procedures to follow.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
In general, you can expect the refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product. We ask for your understanding, as it is necessary to receive the product, analyze it, and initiate the refund process.
CONSTRAINTS / RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to accept returns and refund only customers who ordered directly from our website.
Any other request related to products purchased through resellers will be refused. If you purchased your Cauny from an authorized reseller, you should contact them directly.
Considering that website display screens show colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your screen will match the color of the items in the online store.
