Can I cancel my order?

Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, our Returns & Exchanges policy will apply.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact info@cauny.com immediately.
We will do our best to assist you; however, changes may cause delays. CAUNY is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from customer-requested changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cauny.com.
Address changes may delay delivery. CAUNY is not responsible for delays caused by address modifications.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
US orders are shipped with DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, depending on location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or technical issues.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@cauny.com and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal (Europe).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number.

Yes, we ship to the United States.

Is shipping free to the United States?
Yes. All US orders include free shipping.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. All duties, customs fees, and import taxes are fully included in the price you see at checkout.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Will I need to pay anything on delivery?
No. The checkout price is the final price — no surprises, no additional charges.
Which carrier do you use?
All US orders are shipped with DHL.
My order is a gift. Can I remove the invoice from the package?
At this time, the invoice is always included in the package.
Returns & Exchanges (United States)
What is your return and exchange policy for US orders?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for US orders, starting from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:

With all protective labels and stickers intact

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping from the United States?
Return shipping costs from the United States are supported by Cauny. Each order includes a prepaid return label.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, CAUNY will cover all return-related costs.
Have you received my return?
All returns are inspected upon arrival. This process may take a few days.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. CAUNY is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Does the watch come with a bracelet?
Yes. All watches are sold with a bracelet. Additional bracelets may be purchased separately.
How can I be sure my CAUNY watch is authentic?
To ensure authenticity, purchase only from cauny.com or from authorized retailers.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be authentic and are not covered by our warranty.
Is my watch water-resistant?
Water resistance levels vary by model:

Can I wash my bracelet?
Leather and cotton straps should not be washed.
Metal bracelets can be cleaned with warm water and a soft cloth.
What type of battery is used?
Quartz watches use a standard silver oxide battery.
Automatic watches do not use batteries.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life is typically 2–4 years, depending on usage and environmental factors.
My watch has stopped working. What should I do?
Ensure the crown is fully pushed in.

Warranty & Repairs
What is the warranty coverage?
All watches are covered by a 36-month warranty, which includes the movement, case, dial, and hands.
The warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How do I activate my warranty?
Your purchase invoice serves as proof of warranty.
