Shipping to the United States

All US orders are shipped with DHL delivery and include all duties and taxes.

The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no additional fees, customs charges, or taxes due on delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Duties & Taxes

All duties, import taxes, and customs fees are fully included in the price of your order.

You will not be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges (United States)

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for US orders, starting from the date of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Have all protective labels and stickers intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions by email.

Return Shipping (USA)

  • Return shipping from the United States is free. Each order contains a pre-paid return label.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, CAUNY will cover all return-related costs.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds are processed once:

  • The returned goods are received by us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14–21 business days from receipt of the return for processing.

  • Purchases made through authorized retailers are not eligible for return
