When designing his first wristwatch, Rafael Moneo departed from the two clocks that he had designed for the towers of Logroño and the Atocha Station. The result was a simple yet different watch. The bracelet integrates inside the case, guaranteeing a perfect square, whereas the tall and very thin Roman numerals are meat to portray time as stages of the day.
