Yes, if your watch does not fit as intended or simply turns out not to be what you are looking for, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition.

When will I get my order?

Does the watch come with a warranty?

Yes. This watch is covered by a 36-month international warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the movement, case, dial, and hands. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, the strap, the battery, or watches purchased from unauthorized retailers.

For any warranty request, proof of purchase is required.

Is the bagel bracelet adjustable?

No. This model features a solid, fixed-size strap that is not adjustable. Each size corresponds to a specific wrist measurement, so we recommend selecting the size that best fits your wrist circumference.
