Can I return or exchange the watch?

Yes, if your watch does not fit as intended or simply turns out not to be what you are looking for, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within the same working day . Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Portugal: 3 business days.

Spain: 4 business days (up to 6 in the Balearic Islands). 

Other European countries: 3-5 business days.

Does the watch come with a warranty?

Yes. This watch is covered by a 36-month international warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the movement, case, dial, and hands. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, the strap, the battery, or watches purchased from unauthorized retailers.

For any warranty request, proof of purchase is required.

What type of movement does this watch use?

This watch is water resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters).

Avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is wet.

Is the bracelet adjustable?
