These Terms and General Sales Conditions apply to all orders placed with OURTIME and to all products and services offered on www.cauny.com. By placing an order, the User/Customer agrees to the Terms described herein.


Customer

Customers must register on the website before placing an order.
Registration implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal, billing, and delivery information provided is accurate and complete. OURTIME is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Customers must keep their contact and delivery details up to date.


Products

Products listed on the website are subject to availability. CAUNY reserves the right to modify prices, product selection, and information at any time without prior notice.

While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, illustrations may vary depending on screen settings. Customers should refer to the written product descriptions for accurate information.


Orders

Orders are considered valid once all purchase steps have been completed and these Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful order placement. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address provided.

OURTIME reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons related to operational constraints, security concerns, or suspected fraud.


Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable, according to the destination country.

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, prices shown at checkout include all applicable duties, customs fees, and import taxes.
No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

Other Non-EU Countries

For deliveries outside the European Union excluding the United States, prices do not include local customs duties or import taxes. Such charges may be applied by local authorities and are beyond OURTIME’s control.

Prices may change without notice; however, the price confirmed at checkout at the time of purchase will apply.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on market, eligibility, and device, and may include:

  • American Express

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • Klarna / SeQura (where available)

Portuguese-specific payment methods (MB Way and ATM reference) are available only in eligible markets.

Products remain the property of OURTIME until full payment has been received.


Delivery

OURTIME ships orders using selected international express and postal carriers, depending on the delivery destination.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent via DHL, with up to 10 days delivery service.

Other Destinations

For all other destinations, OURTIME uses local or international carriers deemed most appropriate for the delivery region.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. OURTIME is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.


Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a cancellation, return, or exchange within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with OURTIME’s return policy.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

Return Shipping

  • Within Europe and USA: return shipping is arranged and paid by OURTIME

  • Outside Europe (excluding USA): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, OURTIME will cover all return-related costs, regardless of destination.


Refunds

Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds may be processed once:

  • The returned goods are received by OURTIME.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally issued within 14 to 30 days, depending on the destination, payment method, and processing time required by financial institutions.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Products showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund.


Claims

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days via the Contact Us form or by emailing info@cauny.com.

Items with manufacturing defects may be replaced or refunded. Items without verified defects may be returned to the customer.

All returned items must be securely packaged.


Warranty

All watches are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:

  • The movement

  • The case

  • The dial

  • The hands

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. fire, flooding)

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration)

  • Straps and batteries

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

If original parts are unavailable, equivalent replacement parts may be used. This warranty is provided in addition to statutory consumer rights.


Assurance and Responsibility

OURTIME is not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond its control, including changes in legislation, strikes, weather conditions, or supplier disruptions.

OURTIME is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including compatibility issues, delivery delays, or economic damages.
